First of all, I would like to make a small comment. What makes the goggles all so wonderful and special? Tai's got them in 01, then passes them onto Davis and then Davis most likely passes those goggles onto the kid in 03 who ALSO has goggles.

I noticed in the movie, Tai had his goggles since he was just a little baby. Actually, you don't have to see the movie. Think back to "The Piximon Cometh" and you'll remember little Tai as he tried to learn how to ride his bike and you just can't help but point out that the goggles are around his neck. After having those goggles for so long, he easily just removes them and gives them to Davis!! AHEM!! I think it's time for one of my impressions again!

Tai- Davis I see you've broken your goggles. And the leader of the Digidested just wouldn't look right without them so here...you can have mine.

He didn't even say bye to them! Bye bye goggles, you're going to a better place! Davis's hair!

I have to admit, Daivs's hair might have been a better place for Tai's goggles. I mean, Davis uses his goggles once and a while whereas Tai just paraded around with his on!!

Okay, at first Tai's goggles acted like a headband. If you remember in "Evil Shows His Face" when Tai jumps into the water, his hair looks remarkably like Izzy's only brown and longer. Now, all of a sudden, when he removes his goggles his hair takes the shape that it takes when his goggles are on! That can't be normal!!! Then again, it's not like Tai's hair was ever NORMAL to being with.

Okay, here's the best part. In the Christmas episode, Tai seems to be wearing a headband. GUESS AGAIN!! That's no headband, it's the blue strap that went UNDER his goggles! UM!! Could that be a little MORE losery?! And what about that little piece of hair that made it's way through?! Is he really SO losery that he cuts a hole in his goggles strap so he can pull a piece of hair through it?! ARGH!!

If that's not enough, Tai wears his goggles and then gives them to Davis and THEN Davis gives them to the new kid. I mean, is this going to be an ongoing thing? How come Mimi's hat wasn't passed down to Yolei? How come Cody doesn't use Izzy's computer?! HUH?! Why doesn't TK play Matt's harmonica?! How come Kari didn't get Sora's helmet?! How come Joe's glasses didn't go to Ken?! And answer me this, whatever made Tai even THINK that the leader of the team had to have goggles?! And made him think that DAVIS was the leader?! AND WHAT MADE HIM THINK THAT HE EVEN WANTED THEM?!?!

Okay I think I'm done with my ranting about Tai's goggles. There's only so much you can say about goggles before you get sick of them.
